- 4.Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
- 5.No parties or large gatherings without prior approval.
- 6.Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
- 7.Please keep the condo clean and tidy throughout your stay.
- 8.Garbage must be disposed of in the designated areas only.
- 9.Parking is limited to the assigned covered space only.
- 10.Pool hours are from 8am to 10pm. No glass near the pool.
- 11.Laundry facilities are shared — please be considerate of other residents.
- 12.Do not hang towels or laundry over the balcony railing.
- 13.Air conditioning should be set no lower than 72°F to prevent condensation issues.
- 14.Please report any maintenance issues promptly to the owner.
- 15.Check-out time is 11am. Please leave the condo in the same condition as you found it.
